Building Condition Inspection
Building condition assessment is to access and inspect an existing condition of building to determine current condition of building for the safety of occupancy. This service has been classified under Street, Drainage, and Building 1974 under section 85A.
Due Diligence Assessment
Due diligence assessment report will include details of the property and prioritize on cost schedule which will help the new owner to consider and screen the purchase price in relation to defect rectification cost.
Dilapidation Survey
will provide onsite inspection on the existing condition of neighbouring properties. Basically this dilapidation survey will give the current status of the buildings in terms structure defects and infrastructure impact based on instrumentation and monitoring input.
Building Dampness Inspection
Dampness in building may arise from various or combined sources, it could be contributed through environment factors, different internal and external temperatures of building, and also due to non-visible of leaks from building utilities. Dampness can lead to structural problems if left unsolved. The dampness inspection will help to measure dampness ratio; detect causes of dampness and suggest preventive methods for the entire defect.
Building Defect Analysis
The task will be to identify all the defects on the building and categorize
them in two categories:
a) Major / Serious defects
b) Minor defects
The two categories are analysed based on the failure mode. General and
special causes will be determined to identify credible solution for remedial
work.
